Pactor-II-FEC mode is a proprietary standard developed by SCS GmbH &
Co. KG, Hanau, Germany.
It is an advancement of the Pactor-I-FEC
mode.
Usage:
§ Broadcast data transmissions (plain-text and encrypted) over HF.
